ABSTRACT:
This session will demonstrate and engage participants in action, exploring effective warm-up techniques tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of directing sociodrama online, with a focus on collective explorations. Participants will learn how to effectively engage and prepare groups for sociodramatic work in virtual settings. By the end of this session, attendees will be equipped with practical strategies to foster group cohesion, stimulate participant readiness, and facilitate meaningful collective inquiry and reflection in an online environment.
Learning Objectives:
- After this session, participants will be able to demonstrate online warm-up exercises for sociodrama in at least three different, innovative, and creative ways.
- Following this session, participants will be able to identify various online tools for facilitating sociodrama within their own communities.
ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Both presenters are immersed in education and have been in the field of psychodrama and sociodrama for years. “Tele” connected them three years ago when they met at a Tele’Drama workshop, and since then, they have been building their knowledge and experience in providing action methods workshops online, both in their own countries and internationally.
Tihomira (Tina) Stanojevic (Serbia), from the University of Novi Sad’s Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Psychology, holds an MA degree and is a Certified Tele’Drama Practitioner, Level 3. She is a dedicated formal and informal researcher and listener in the field of human souls and bodies, exploring all our circles and spirals. Introduced to psychodrama in 2009, she has since been in love with it. A female warrior and healer, she is an observer and facilitator.
Pembegül İlter (Türkiye) is a Psychologist with an MA and an Assistant Psychodramatist, trained at the Istanbul Psychodrama Institute, and a Certified Tele’Drama Practitioner Level 3 at the International Tele’Drama Institute (ITI). Since 2008, she has been assisting families, children, and individuals of all ages in overcoming relational, behavioral, and emotional conflicts. She specializes in family and relationship conflicts counseling, child and adolescent behavior, learning disorders, and ADHD. During the pandemic, she has continued her work with adults and groups on psychological flexibility and resilience, alongside conducting workshops and psycho-educational seminars online.
